Pre-registration is now closed.

However, onsite registration for MDs (physician) will still be available at the DP Registration Table at Park Lay Suites Hotel for those who were unable to pre-register online.

Please be advice that we are now closing the registration for Allied, as we have reached the maximum number of available slots. We truly appreciate the overwhelming

interest and wish we could accommodate everyone. However, due to the limited capacity, we are unable to accept additional allied registrations during onsite.

Important: If your bank transaction was made on or before June 26, 2026, please email the following requirements to dpsecretariats@gmail.com so we can assist you further:

- PRC ID (front and back)

- Proof of payment

Registration Fee:

Payments made starting June 27, 2026, onwards are subject to the onsite registration fee of

₱1,500.00.

For those who have already registered but have ,not yet received a registration confirmation,, please expect a verification email and your official receipt on Monday, June 29, 2026.
